1. Please provide clear, before-and-after photos of your entire face taken with the "原相机" (Original Camera) app, including the date and time.

2. Please share your skincare routine and skin type.

Example: Day: MINS Cleansing Cream -> MINS Toner -> MINS Ampoules Night: MINS Cleansing Cream -> MINS Toner -> Serum

3. How many bottles of Mins have you used? Please provide a photo of the remaining Mins bottles for the day.

4. If you've used 50% of a 3-box course and haven't seen results, you're eligible for a refund for the remaining ampoules.

***Refunds require you to cover the shipping cost, or there's a SGD $5 service fee for face-to-face transactions in Singapore.

***Please perform a patch test behind your ear first. If you experience sensitivity, you can arrange for a refund immediately.
