1. How long can one bottle last?

Answer: One bottle contains 50g! It can last up to 2 months if used twice a day (morning and
night). Of course, it is also dependent on personal usage.

2. How long does the effective storage time last?

Answer: It can be stored until 2026. (In an unopened state). However, once opened, it must be
used within 1-2 months to avoid oxidation.

3. Is there any guidance on how to store it after use?

Answer: It is advised to keep it in a dry area. Storing the tooth powder in a humid environment may cause it to clump easily. Due to the fact that the components are all-natural and mild, it may easily attract ants. (It is not advisable to keep it in the bathroom, kitchen, or storage area)

4. How long does it take to see the results?

Answer: A course of treatment is 3 bottles. If you take it daily, you will be able to see obvious results in two weeks.

5. Can someone with braces or sensitive gums use this product?

Answer: Yes, the components contained in CICI tooth powder are very mild. Furthermore, our founder formerly wore braces. Before establishing the product, she tested it herself to ensure it was safe and effective.

6. What does it taste like?

Answer: Light mint flavor.

7. How do I use it?

Answer: Gently dip into the tooth powder with a dry toothbrush, then brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes as usual. The dosage of tooth powder is sufficient to coat the toothbrush bristles.

8. Do I need to brush my teeth with toothpaste once after using tooth powder?

Answer: No need! It can completely replace toothpaste! Of course, you may use the toothpowder alone or in combination with toothpaste. Some clients use tooth powder during the day and toothpaste at night.

11. Can the toothbrush be wet and then stained with tooth powder?

Answer: No! Try not to let the moisture remain in the tooth powder; otherwise, it will easily cause clumping and oxidation.

12. Why does the tooth powder turn brown or liquid?

Answer: There are only 3 possibilities: Perhaps the storage environment is too humid; It has been oxidized if it has not been used for a period after opening; There is dampness contained in the tooth powder.

13. What is the difference between CICI and the previous tooth powder?

Answer: CICI tooth powder has been enhanced with probiotics and enzyme components to improve whitening effects and oral care.

14. Do I have to keep using it after I have stopped? Will my teeth become yellow again if I discontinue it after a course of treatment?

Answer: You may opt to discontinue using it, but follow-up care is very necessary. There will be no issues if you can keep your teeth clean.

15. Why are there 3 boxes in a course of treatment?

Answer: One course of treatment requires 3 boxes because we need a recovery period to keep our teeth clean and provide the most effective whitening when we have just begun to enhance the whitening.

16. Why do my gums tingle or bleed when brushing with tooth powder?

Answer: People with sensitive gums are likely to experience this problem. It is advised to discontinue using it for 3 days. On the 4th day, try to use the tooth powder in combination with toothpaste. After about a week, you can try brushing your teeth directly with tooth powder. It takes some time for people with sensitive gums to adapt completely.

17. What causes tooth powder to whiten our teeth?

Answer: Our CICI tooth powder contains sea salt, pearl powder, and enzyme molecules, all of which contain natural components that help to whiten teeth.

18. Will it affect our gums or enamel?

Answer: Don’t worry, not at all! Our CICI tooth powder consists of all-natural components. One of our probiotic components and notoginseng root extract can help with improving gum sensitivity and bleeding issues.

19. Isn’t toothpaste/tooth powder containing fluoride better?

Answer: Fluoride is commonly found in toothpaste which helps in the prevention of tooth decay.
The reason why toothpaste can be replaced by CICI tooth powder is that it contains probiotic components. Probiotic components not only replace fluoride but can also help to prevent tooth decay as well.

20. Can a pregnant woman use tooth powder?

Answer: Yes, of course! But not the CICI whitening tooth mask.

21. Can toothache/cavities/bad breath be improved?

Answer: CICI tooth powder cannot be used to treat toothaches and cavities because it is not a medicinal product. However, our tooth powder can help protect our oral health by preventing tooth decay. Thus, it contains menthol and probiotics, so bad breath can also be improved.

22. Can someone who has dentures/veneers/implants/fillings be able to use CICI?

Answer: Yes. Using tooth powder is highly recommended.

23. Is the powder in the tooth powder rough? Will it thin out as I brush my teeth?
