1. Do I need a makeup remover to remove sunscreen?

Yes. If your sunscreen is advertised as “waterproof, oil-proof, and touch-up,” it is even more important to remove your makeup before applying sunscreen. 

2. How do I maintain a combination skin type + blackhead + sensitive? How should I choose my cleanser?

First of all, your cleanser has to be mild cleanser type, as long as it won’t cause tightness in the skin. Pay more attention to the cleanliness of the blackheads part. Cleansing mask can be used but avoid sensitive areas. While for other areas of the skin, focus mostly on moisturizing and repairing. 

3. My skin is still very dry, and the peel-off problem occurs even though I have applied skincare products. Is it sensitive skin?

It is not sensitive if there is no redness, irritations, or sensitive spots. Lack of moisture in the skin leads to itchiness. It is recommended to use ampoule or moisturizer that contains Vitamin E, Squalene, Ceramic, and Hyaluronic Acid. 

4. What type of makeup remover is suitable for combination + oily skin type?

Water-based makeup remover. Unless you are on heavy makeup, you can remove it with cleansing oil, but it needs to be emulsified for a longer time; otherwise, it will cause blockage. 

5. Can I apply MINS after facial mask?

Yes. Rinse your face with water once after applying facial mask. 

6. Do I need to apply night cream after applying MINS?

A general skincare procedure which is applying moisturizer is required after applying ampoule/serum. Depending on skin condition, a lightweight moisturizer can be used to avoid over-moisturizing.

7. Can MINS repair damaged skin barrier and shrink pores?

MINS contains skin-repairing ingredients, but there are hundreds of reasons for skin barrier damage. The actual cause of the problem. For example, skincare habits, excessive cleaning, using hot water to wash face, etc.
Secondly, you will need to understand why your pores are enlarged, whether it is waterdeficient type, aging type, or exuberant oil secretion. If it is water-deficient type, increase more moisture in skin. Eventually, the pores will naturally shrink and become less visible. 

8. Do I need to apply essence after MINS?

No need. 

9. Is only MINS and toner needed in daily skincare routine?

Normal skin type and combination to oily skin type are fine. As for dry skin, sensitive skin,and combination to dry skin types will need moisturizer. 

10. What are the names of hormone ingredients which is harmful to skin?

Mercury, Hydroquinone, Benzoic, Parahydroxybenzoic Acid, and Denatured Ethanol.These are the ingredients that are known to be harmful to skin. 

11. How should I apply MINS to make my skin absorb quicker?

It is better to use it in a small amount and multiple times. You can apply TONER before MINS and then gently massage your face and neck. 

12. When is the suitable time to apply MINS?

It is best to use MINS NIGHT for skincare routine during night time for repairing and strengthening. MINS DAY is best to use during day time, before applying makeup, it deeply hydrates, nourishes skin and is fast absorbing, helps in allowing your makeup looks more docile. 

13. Can MINS be used twice? 

Avoid using it twice because the active molecules in it are the most active once the ampoule is opened. The active molecule in it will be less active and less hygienic after the second use. Thus, it is better to use it in a small amount and multiple times, then gently massage your face and neck. 

14. Why do I have acne after using MINS?

At the initial stage, it will help you to boost your metabolism of all skin blockage, acne, and dead skin. It is encouraged to apply the product continuously for better skin repair results, but the outbreak of acne will only last for around 1-2 weeks.

15. Why do I feel oily after applying MINS?

After applying MINS on your face, it will feel like a layer of substance on your face and a little uncomfortable, but it is not oil. Our MINS ingredients and texture will not cause oily skin. If you have oily skin, try to exfoliate regularly, apply a cleansing mask, and only apply MINS. 18. Will Niacinamide cause skin hair growth?

Currently, there is no actual proof in the research. But niacinamide may help to brighten the skin and make the original hair more visible. 

19. Can MINS be used daily? Will it cause excess nutrition? 

MINS has a very refreshing texture which is different from other ampoules. In addition, the concentration of the ingredients in MINS is moderate, so it won’t cause any burden or irritation to your skin even if you apply it daily. 
It is recommended that customers use MINS with simple, hydrating, and moisturizing products to avoid excess nutrition to the skin.

21. How to do a patch test for MINS on sensitivity?

First, apply a little on the skin behind your ear to check if there is redness, itchiness, or irritation reaction; if there is any, that means you are sensitive to the product. 

22. Why do I feel itchiness after applying MINS?

When the skin is dehydrated, it will feel a little itchiness when using deep moisturizing products. If the itchiness reaction reduces in 30 mins, it is fine. If the condition remains, you will need to check with the customer if there are any other products they used at the same time with MINS which is not suitable.

23. Why do MINS cause whiteheads?

It is necessary to check with the customers whether they have used a lot of moisturizing/highconcentration products. If yes, it will need to be reduced; also, try using cleansing masks or metabolic keratin products.
