Daily Water Drinking Schedule
After waking up:
- First glass of water: Cleanses the intestines and promotes metabolism.
8:30 AM:
- Second glass of water: Detoxifies the intestines, beautifies the skin, and promotes bowel movements.
10:00 AM:
- Third glass of water: Refreshes the mind and replenishes hydration.
11:30 AM:
- Fourth glass of water: Aids digestion and helps with weight loss.
1:00 PM:
- Fifth glass of water: Refreshes the mind and alleviates fatigue.
3:00 PM:
- Sixth glass of water: Eases afternoon fatigue and replenishes energy.
5:00 PM:
- Seventh glass of water: Accelerates fat burning and helps with slimming.
8:30 PM:
- Eighth glass of water: Prevents blood thickening and enhances blood circulation.
Each glass of water should be about 200-300 ml! Of course, more is better!
