2. 每位顾客只限参与一次且只提交一次参与表格。

4. 顾客需提供使用前后高清对比图和视频,以及显示使用前后时的体重计上的重量。 【上传的照片及影片必须符合我们的活动规则】
· 请勿显示其他瘦身品牌的体重计。(只限使用电子称)
· 请用乾净的拍摄背景。(避免背景有杂物)
· 无需露出肌肤,只需确保完整体现身形。
前后穿著必须相同
· 请勿马赛克遮住脸部,方便客服核对,避免任何作弊行为。
5. 达标奖金:RM10000,兑完为止!
总体重减少10% 即可获得 RM 200。
接下来的每5% 另获得 RM 50。
例A:顾客A原本体重120kg,减重了12kg,总共可获得 RM 200; 例B:顾客B原本体重 110kg,减重了25kg,总共可获得 RM 300; 例C:顾客C原本体重90kg,减重了15kg,总共可获得 RM 250
6. 总重量减少%最高者,可另获得奖金 RM 3000。
(如多位并列减重最高者,奖金将会平分发放。)
7. 活动时间:3个月【5/6/2024-5/9/2024】。
活动第二个月的星期三(3/7/2024)会开始公布每周(截至星期二12pm)的达标者、达标总重 量、总体重减少最高的%、成功领奖金总额和目前剩下的奖金。
8. 客服将于每个星期三联络达标者的合伙人,由合伙人去通知该顾客。公司将会在30个工作日 内汇款奖金给达标者。
国外达标者的奖金会以当天的汇率进行转帐。
9. 如是面交顾客,合伙人需在下单时,在自己名字后面括弧备註面交顾客的名字、或在订单
Remark处备註面交顾客的名字,方便客服核对。
(如面交顾客不同,需分开下单)
一个订单只限备註一个顾客名字/仅限一位顾客参与。
10. 顾客所提交的前后效果图拥有权归公司所有,公司将有权用于公司素材。
如提交的作品被公司作为素材,公司一律会马赛克眼部,不透露该个人资料。
11. 禁止任何欺诈行为。
12. 所有参赛者将视为已了解并同意此活动条规和细则。所有决策权归公司所有。

【甩肉赢钱】效果图标准:
1. 前后效果图及影片需展示全身。(无需露出肌肤,只需确保完整体现身形。)
2. 确保提交的前后效果图和视频是高清相素。
3. 体重计上的重量显示,需以视频展示,并由另一人协助拍摄。
4. 请用乾净的拍摄背景。(避免背景有杂物)
5. 前后穿著必须相同

⚠️ Terms and conditions:

2. Each customer is only allowed to participate once and submit the participation form only once.

4. The photos and videos comparison submitted must be clear, as well as the weight displayed on the smart scale before and after consuming SOSM. 󰵗

● Do not display smart scales from other slimming brands. (Only smart scales are allowed)
● Use a clean shooting background. (Avoid background clutter)
● No need to expose skin, just ensure that the entire body is shown.
● Before and after wearing must be the same.
● Do not cover or mosaic the face and eyes area to facilitate verification and prevent any cheating behaviors.

5. Achievement Bonus: RM 10,000 until exhausted!
💰 Total weight loss of 10% ➡️ rewarded RM 200.
💰 Next every 5% ➡️ rewarded additional RM 50.

Example A: Customer A originally weighed 120kg, lost 12kg, a total of RM 200 will be rewarded;

Example B: Customer B originally weighed 110kg, lost 25kg, a total of RM 300 will be rewarded;

Example C: Customer C originally weighed 90kg, lost 15kg, a total of RM 250 will be rewarded.

6. The participant with the highest percentage % of total weight loss will be rewarded an additional bonus of RM 3,000. 💰

(If there were more than 1 participant who achieved the highest percentage % of total weight loss, the bonus would be evenly distributed.)

7. Program period: 3 months [ 5/6/2024 to 5/9/2024 ].

Starting from the Wednesday of the second month of this program (3/7/2024), [Qualified participants], [Total weight that met requirements], [Highest percentage of weight loss], [Total prize money claimed], and [Remaining prize money quota] will be announced weekly (up to every Tuesday 12pm).

8. Customer service will contact the distributors of the achievers every Wednesday, and the distributors will notify the customers. Prize money will be given through online transfer to the achievers within 30 working days.

The prize money for overseas achievers will be transferred based on the exchange rate of the day.

9. In case of face-to-face delivery to customers, distributors need to fill in the customer's name

After the distributors’ own name, fill in the customer’s name in the order "Remark" section for the convenience of verification by customer service.

(Please place orders separately in case of face-to-face delivery to different customers).

Only one customer name can be included in an order / only one customer can participate.

10. The ownership of the photos and videos submitted by customers belongs to the company, and the company reserves the right to use them in publications or other promotional purposes.

The company will mosaic the eyes areas and not disclose the personal information if the submitted photos and videos are being used.

11. Any fraudulent behavior is prohibited.

12. All participants will be deemed to have understood and agreed to these event rules and regulations. All decision-making rights belong to the company.
